PZ-J 539LGN – Green

Precizioned PZ-J 539LGN Green is a uniquely formulated premium jewelry injection pattern wax suitable for general patterns and specifically for the production of highly detailed patterns requiring superior strength and flexibility for more delicate filigree designs. This wax offers an exceptional balance of characteristics with the appropriate level of ductility for easy removal from the mold without damaging the pattern. 539LGN Green provides excellent injection, good flow, low shrinkage, exceptional surface finish and reproduction of fine detail with improved levels of opacity. 539LGN Green offers a very high level of consistency with extremely low ash residue. 539LGN Green is also recommended for stone in place casting.

All manufactured product undergoes stringent Quality Control testing to ensure the highest level of quality. As well, a Certificate of Analysis is provided for all material produced.

Recommended Injection Pressure and Temperatures

Liquid injection 2-8 psi / 155-162F (68-72°C)
