Precizioned Ultrabond Sticky Wax PZ-A 406L is a technically engineered high grade wax based adhesive used to create a fast and rigid bond when joining similar or dissimilar wax assemblies. This wax offers enhanced bonding with excellent hot tack properties for attaching complex parts in either manual or robotic applications. The resulting overall bond strength is typically higher than that of the adjoined waxes.

This product provides extremely consistent results and is naturally clean burning with very low ash residue. All manufactured product undergoes stringent Quality Control testing to ensure the highest level of quality.

Handling Guidelines

Melt and condition the wax between 250-300°F (121-149°C). Once the wax has reached the desired working temperature, parts are dipped into the wax and applied to an assembly. When applying, be sure all bonding surfaces are clean and free of any release agents as this will negatively affect the adhesive properties.
